Shipping Policy and Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! We truly hope that you absolutely love your purchases from Liv & Lou and your treasures made them safely on the shipping journey to your home. With that being said, we do know that sometimes you will need to return an item. Please read our policy below.

• All purchases being returned are available for store credit only unless of course your item was damaged upon receiving.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless of course if the item is damaged upon receiving. 

• Items MUST be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

• Items MUST be in new condition to be accepted for return.

SHIPPING - We do our very best to try to get your treasures to you within 7-10 days. A large amount of orders will arrive within 5 business days while others may require a longer processing time. Please email us if you feel your order seems delayed and we will happily update you on it's arrival time.
